How long and how many times a week is a typical session?

Sessions are usually 60 minutes. Most clients are seen once or twice a week in the beginning, then less frequently as needed.

How long will I be in counseling?

The length of time a client is in counseling depends the nature of the problem and your individual goals. Some clients have a very specific problem that can be worked through in a set course of counseling. For others, counseling is an on-going learning process and they choose to receive counseling for a longer period.

How much are your Fees and do you take insurance?

Sessions are $100 for the initial session, $90 after that. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.. While I do not file with insurance companies, you can request an invoice that will enable you to file with your insurance as an out of network provider. I am also not yet set up to take credit cards.
